Jesse Salcedo, a board member of the Santa Clara River Valley Railroad Historical Society, working at the organization's fireworks stand. The organization acquires, preserves, and exhibits historic railroad equipment unique o the region. One of twenty non-profit organizaations issued a permit ot sell fireworks durign the July 4th holiday, the Society relies heavity on fireworks sales to fund their annual operating budget.
